Disclaimer: I do in no way endorse "creators" and re-uploads which take and steal the content from real creators without the explicit permission for said action, I condemn them but I might not be able to spot them at first. Innocent until proven guilty is the way I go here and while I myself try to avoid listing individuals which only take from others, I probably require assistance, especially during the time where I have to catch up. WinRAR is able to unpack all kinds of archives, at least I have yet to find one which it could not and unless the archive itself was at fault. If you don't have it, get it! It's sort of free and just humbly asks you to buy a license (which you should do in my honest opinion).

.bat and .exe files may very well be malicious, Anything else should be safe but I am no tech wiz. I won't ensure your safety and ask of you to use your common sense before using anything (where did you get it from? Is the source/creator as trustworthy as usagirei? What kind of data is it?). Check it with an anti-virus software of your choice when in doubt though do not necessarily C4 it if it is recognized as harmful since it might very well be a false positive (you can still make sure and remove it, I won't hold you back). I'd also appreciate any reports concerning definitely harmful and possibly harmful content to not unnecessarily endanger you.

There will be no DDL (Direct Download Links) to anything that I do not claim as my own and since I am no artists, there may very well be none at all for a long long time. All links just redirect to the closest (and still legal) page.
